Our Standard Abrasivesā¢ Quick Change Zirconia Resin Fiber Disc achieves a fast, sharp cut for weld blending, grinding, deburring, and finishing applications on most metals, including ferrous metals and exotic alloys. Designed for smaller surfaces, this quick change disc saves time between grades. The stiff fiber backing enables extended use under medium to high pressure.
Choose from TS, TSM, and TR quick change attachment styles. Heavy backing and resin bond provide superior grain support for prolonged operations. Premium alumina zirconia grain provides durability and faster, more aggressive cutting action than aluminum oxide. Stiff, 30 mil fiber backing supports stock removal and medium to high-pressure weld leveling. Suitable for removing imperfections, gates, risers, and parting lines on ferrous or exotic metals such as super alloys, high-strength stainless steel and cobalt
