Designed for easy attachment to a straight handheld grinder, our Standard Abrasivesā¢ Buff and Blend HS Wheel with 1-3 disc layers features high strength (HS) nylon material that withstands challenging edgework and irregular surfaces. It is an excellent choice for cleaning and light deburring while achieving a final finish or polished piece.
Built-in 1/4? shank securely fastens to a small, straight grinder and eliminates ?ganging? of individual discs. Denser, stiffer construction than HP material withstands higher pressure. Flexible, pliable nylon removes burrs and surface contaminants and minimizes gouging of the substrate. High strength (HS) Buff and Blend material delivers excellent results for light deburring, cleaning, and high luster or decorative finishing. Produces a uniform, consistent, smear-free finish on ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Two grades of aluminum oxide to choose from offer varying degrees of aggressiveness and finish: Medium (MED - blue), and very fine (VFN - maroon). Waterproof, load-resistant open web limits buildup of debris that can clog the abrasive
