Scotch® Steel Gray Masking Paper is an ideal material for paint masking in collision repair. It is strong, flexible and pliable, and it’s available in a variety of sizes – including small 3” or 6” widths to cover a range of surface shapes. The masking paper is also specially treated to resist penetration by solvents, lacquers and enamels and withstands bake cycles up to 400°F (204°C) for 1 hour.
Designed for use with 3M Masking Tapes and 3M Masking Equipment. Flexible and pliable to cover irregular surfaces for higher productivity. Heat resistant – a sheet can withstand a 400°F baking cycle for 1 hour. Specially treated to resist bleed-through of solvents, lacquers and enamels.
