We designed Scotch-Briteā¢ Light Deburring Sheet to help operators remove imperfections and burrs while maintaining part geometry. When sustaining part integrity is the rub ā a lighter, softer abrasive is the remedy. When used properly, it equates to less scraps and rework.
Flexible, conformable abrasive responds well to edges, contours and surface irregularities. Gaps between nylon fibers permit debris to escape for enhanced load resistance. Open web is springy, buoyant and responsive, helping to sustain overall part geometry. Sheet may be cut and shaped according to project needs.
