3M™ Secondary Release Liner 5002 is a clear polyester film (PET) with a silicone release coating on one side. 3M engineered this secondary release liner for rotary die cutting and laser converting. The PET film provides high tensile strength and toughness to resist breakage and tear-outs during automated processing. It is ideal for use with firm acrylic adhesives.
2 mil polyester film provides high tensile strength and reduces tear-outs. Best suited for firm acrylic adhesives. Clean-room compatible. Resists breakage during die-cutting. Silicone release coating applied to one side for specific constructions
