3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Epoxy Adhesive 2290 is a solvent-based, low viscosity amber tinted thermosetting epoxy adhesive requiring heat cure. It is designed for metal to metal coating and subsequent bonding: for example, in motor lamination and wire winding.
Dries to a tack-free film which allows bonds to be made up to 3 months later for B-staging and multi-stage processes. Excellent wetting during cure requires only coating a single surface.
