3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Epoxy Adhesive 2216 Translucent is a flexible, two-part epoxy adhesive that cures at room temperature. It provides a high strength bond with both high shear and peel strength while remaining highly flexible, making it ideal for applications where vibration and thermal expansion and contraction are common. It also withstands very cold temperatures without becoming brittle.
A RANGE OF SUBSTRATES: Adheres to a variety of similar and dissimilar substrates, including metals, masonry, ceramic, glass, metal, and most plastics. COLOR: Translucent. FAST-SETTING: A full cure can be accomplished in 60 minutes at 200 °F (93 °C). HIGH-STRENGTH: Creates a strong and long-lasting bond through environmental conditions. REPOSITION AND ADJUST: Offers up to 120 minutes of working time. RESISTANT TO VIBRATION AND FLEXING: This product offers strong bonding to absorb the impact of shock, vibration, and flexing.
