3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Epoxy Adhesive 2214 Hi-Density is designed to provide high strength, higher temperature resistance and smooth bond lines. One part, 250°F (121°C) curing, 100% solids, these high performance adhesives are designed for bonding metals and many high temperature plastics such as fiberglass reinforced plastic, polyester and phenolics.
A VARIETY OF USES: Can be used on aluminum, fiberglass, reinforced plastic, polyester, and phenolics. APPLICATION INDUSTRIES: Ideal in metalworking, general construction, electronics, specialty vehicle, transportation, and more. COLOR: Gray. EXTREME-TEMPERATURE USE: Made to adhere metals and other substrates securely in a temperature range of -67 °F (-55 °C) to 250 °F (121 °C). FAST-CURING: A full cure can be achieved in 40 minutes at 250 °F (121 °C). FLAMMABILITY RATING: Meets the standard for UL 94HB. TIME FOR REWORK: Allows rework until heat is applied. VOID-FREE LINES: Made for applications where dense, smooth lines are required
