Our 3M™ Microfinishing Film 272L produces close-tolerance precision finishes on a versatile range of substrates – from gelcoat and soft rubber to fiberglass and metals. 3M™ Microfinishing Film 272L Discs are provided with a plain polyester backing without an attachment system.
Available in a versatile range of grades, so operators can select the right grade for their application. Durable 5 mil film backing won’t deflect when run, so it can stand up to edges and contours. Excellent choice for applications requiring fine finishes. Features a closed coat construction for finish consistency. Micron graded aluminum oxide mineral cuts sharp but won’t gouge or mar the substrate
