The 3M™ Flexible Diamond PSA Cloth Sheet 6008J was designed to tackle extremely hard-to-grind materials like stone, glass, ceramic, carbide and composites. The diamond mineral and semi-flexible backing makes this abrasive a good match for grinding, finish sanding, and contour finishing applications.
Available in three dot patterns and a range of grades, so operators can choose the right abrasive for their unique project needs. Open dot pattern allows swarf and debris to escape, helping to prevent loading. PSA backing sticks easily but securely to sanding blocks, and is easily removed. Semi-Flexible backing responds to edges and contours. Sheets come in a range of sizes and may be cut and shaped for hand pads or backup pads.
